Urne Tour Videography

Metal band Urne invited me on their UK December 2025 tour to document each show with short-form social media content. The brief was to keep each film short, and in a vertical format, optimised for viewing on platforms like instagram.

I’d film the band’s show each night, finding pockets to edit whilst on the move, often early mornings in hotel rooms, travelling in the van, or creating make-shift work spaces in venues so the videos could go out in real-time on socials as we headed to the next city.

Aware that each night’s parameter’s would roughly be the same; a dark venue, and the same band and set list, I adopted a filmic theme to give the videos both a unique and collective feel, producing a different story for each one, incorporating outer elements such as cityscapes or pre-show antics to make each video feel individual as well as part of a series.
